PKL has over 20 years of experience in supplying temporary kitchen facilities for event catering requirements. This has included facilities for artist and crew catering at festivals such as Glastonbury, Reading and Leeds, sporting events such as the London Marathon and Wimbledon, facilities for conference centres, corporate hospitality, TV cookery shows and location catering facilities for movie sets.

Our range of event catering facilities is used both front of house for public catering as well as back stage supporting staff, security, artists and VIP restaurants. Our facilities for hire include single items of catering equipment, kitchens housed inside marquees and existing buildings, and temporary kitchen units.

Over the last few years PKL has supplied catering equipment and temporary kitchens to some of the UK's most innovative pop-up restaurants. We have worked with a number of caterers providing kitchens at pop-up restaurants such as the Truman Brewery, Westfield Shopping Centre in East Stratford and Frieze Art Fair.

We are also vastly experienced in delivering large scale catering requirements for events around the world, which are used to feed many thousands of people at one time. These facilities have included the Athletes Village kitchen and dining facilities at the Olympic Games in Sydney, Athens and Beijing, the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, the Asian Games in Doha and Guangzhou and the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne.

PKL has over 900 Portable Kitchen units and 9,000 items of catering available for hire. Our range of Portable Kitchens include production and preparation units, cold and dry storage facilities and dishwashing units, while our catering equipment range covers production, preparation, holding, serving & dining and refrigeration facilities.
